*If an item is returned to us by your local customs office we can provide a refund minus any postage costs incurred by ourselves. If an item is seized by your local customs office this will be the responsibility of the customer to resolve the issue.
Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
We are currently offering free UK delivery (2nd class signed for) on all orders.
Order cut-off for all delivery services is 12pm (UK time). Orders placed after 12pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day We try our best to accommodate and be as flexible as possible, please email us if you have any specific requirements on email@example.com.
The majority of deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained.
If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if this is more convenient for you.
All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.
We ship internationally and a large portion of our orders are sent to Europe. We ship all international orders via the Royal Mail International Signed/Royal Mail Airmail services. Customers are required to note that the Royal Mail Airmail service is not an insured or tracked service. In the event your shipment is lost we do not accept any liability.
Insurance – PLEASE READ
All our free flat rate and Signed For services are insured up to the value of £46.
We can only refund/replace goods up to the value of £46 if the free flat rate or signed for option is chosen.
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days (UK orders) and 14 working days (non-UK orders) please contact us quoting your order number in all correspondence.
