Age Verification Checks

The following is a step by step on the process we take to ensure that all our customers are purchasing items that is allowed so by law. We have a high standard of age verification checks and due diligence. The following steps should be expected when ordering this item: 

1. By purchasing this item you are confirming that you are over the age of 18 years old. However, we will still require the following checks in order to authenticate yourself and your age for our records. 

2. We accept CREDIT card payments on this listing so that you can verify your age by owning a credit (not debit) card. This is your first age verification option. If you do not have a credit card, please proceed to the following step. 

3. Our customer service team will do online age verification checks on all orders that are not paid via credit card. This is done using the electoral register with your name and address provided. We do extensive checks through multiple systems to ensure you are over the age of 18 and if you are not contacted in regards to your order, this will mean that we have found sufficient evidence online to authenticate your age and order. If the order is bought under the name of your company, we will also accept this as evidence of age authentication for which your company will be legally accepting full responsibility for and be liable for.  If we do not contact you in regards to age verification, it will be due to us finding sufficient evidence of your age online so you do not have to worry.

4. If we are unable to match your name and address and therefore authenticating your age on the electoral register, we will then call you with the phone number provided to send over age identification evidence, which can included by requesting a photo of yourself next to your photo ID with your date of birth clearly stated. The accepted form of identifications is as follows: Passport, Provisional License, Driver’s License, Student Card (only if age is shown) and Citizens Card (only if age is shown).

5. If we are unable to be able to contact you directly in regards to age authentication, we will send out your order with a courier that will carry out the age authentication who will request for your age identification upon delivery. It will need to be yourself who accepts the order and if you are unavailable you will need to collect your order from your local depot and provide ID upon collection.

6. If we are unable to authenticate your age through any of these processes, we will have the item returned to us by the courier and your order will be cancelled and refunded. We will request again your age identification, however if you are unable to provide the evidence we require, we will block you from further purchases.
