Shipping Policy

UK Orders

All our items are sent via Royal Mail or myHermes using an economy delivery service and includes cost of postage, packing, preparation and labelling etc.

We offer upgrades to our standard delivery option if you require a faster delivery. Please choose your choice of postage from the drop down menu when placing your order.

Normally most items are sent within 24 hours during week days. However in some unforeseen circumstances items are sent 24-48 hours after payment clears (if you have specific details please let us know when you order and we will be more than happy to assist you.)

All orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.

Our carriers normally aim to deliver within 2-4 working days.

International Orders

For delivery in the EU please allow 5-7 working days for delivery of your order after dispatch.

For all other International Orders please allow 7-10 working days for delivery of your order after dispatch.

Collection
